Before, after, and the planogram next to it. Proof the display went up the way the brand paid for.
Every reset photo stamped with the store, the aisle and the time. The brand opens a link and sees the shelf the way you left it — no app, no WhatsApp thread, no 'which store was this?'
A store visit, documented from walk-in to sign-off
The section as found, the reset, the finished display. Shoot it in the order the deduction dispute will ask for it.
Walk-in
- The storefront with the store number in frame
- The section as found, wide, before you touch anything
- Out-of-stocks and voids, shot shelf by shelf
- Competitor adjacency and anything blocking the planned placement
- Damaged or missing POP, dated
Reset
- The planogram page next to the shelf it describes
- Work in progress — old facings out, new facings in
- Display and fixture assembly, step by step
- Shelf tags and pricing as they go up
- Voice-caption anything the store wouldn't allow
Walk-out
- The finished display, wide then close, matching the planogram shot
- Signage and premium placement the brand is paying for
- The manager at the display, or the sign-off sheet
- Tap Generate: the visit report with before/after pairs
- Share the link with the merchandising company and the brand
The photo is what settles the deduction
A brand pays for premium placement, the retailer takes a deduction when the display is late or wrong, and the only thing that settles it is a before-and-after photo with a store number and a date on it. Merchandising companies know this, which is why every rep is told to shoot before and after on every visit. What breaks is what happens next: the photos arrive on a group chat with no store, no time and no planogram, and the office spends the week matching them to visits. LibreCam gives each store its own project and each visit its own date. Before/after pairs are built in, every photo is stamped with location and time, and tags sort the record by retailer and program. The visit report is a PDF in two taps, the share link opens in a browser for the merchandising company and the brand, and the full-resolution export is there the day a deduction lands.
Same reset. Two very different deduction disputes.
"Can anyone find the before photo for store 4471?"
The photos exist. They're in a chat thread from six weeks ago, between photos from three other stores, with no store number, no time and no planogram. The deduction is for a display that may well have gone up on schedule. Nobody can prove it.
Store #4471 — Endcap Reset, March 14
Section as found 8:12, planogram beside the shelf 8:20, finished endcap 10:05, manager at the display 10:11 — before/after pairs stamped with the store and the time, tagged to the program. The export went to the brand the same afternoon the deduction notice arrived.
Built for merchandising reps and the companies they work for
Before/after pairs, built in
The section as found and the finished display, side by side on the report. The pair is what the brand and the retailer both want to see.
Tags by retailer and program
One rep, four retailers, a dozen programs. Tag each visit and pull every endcap for one brand across every store in seconds.
Organized by store, found in seconds
Every visit lands under its store. Search the store number and the whole history is there — last quarter's reset included.
A visit report in 2 taps
Select the visit, tap Generate. Before/after pairs, planogram shots, shelf tags and sign-off, stamped and in order.
A link per visit
The merchandising company and the brand open the same link in a browser — no app, no account. See who has looked and revoke it when the program closes.
Full-resolution export for the dispute
When the deduction notice comes, export every photo from that visit at original resolution with its time and location. Nothing is downsized.
Frequently Asked Questions
No. LibreCam doesn't do planogram image recognition. It makes sure the planogram page and the finished shelf are in the same record, stamped with the same store and time, so a person can compare them in seconds — which is what settles most disputes.
Whoever you share the link with. Most reps share with the merchandising company, which shares on to the brand; some programs want the brand on the link from day one. Either way nobody needs an app, and you can see who has opened it.
Shoot anyway. Photos and voice captions capture with zero signal, queue on your phone, and sync when you're back in range — before you reach the next store.
The finished-display photo carries the time and location automatically. When a deduction says the endcap was late, the walk-out shot already says when it was done and where you were standing.
Yes. Projects are per store, tags are per retailer and program, and share links are per visit. Export one brand's record without exposing another's.
Nothing. LibreCam is free for every rep and every reviewer, however many stores you cover. The free plan is the product, not a trial.
