GoSpotCheck pricing: per user, 20 users minimum
What FORM publishes, what a team of 5, 20 or 100 pays at list price, and what sits behind the custom-priced tiers. Figures from form.com/pricing and form.com/pricing/gospotcheck, October 2026.
The short answer
GoSpotCheck's entry plan, Essentials, is listed at $40 per user per month on its plan page; FORM's pricing overview still shows $35. Either way there's a 20-user minimum, so the smallest account is 20 seats: $700 to $800 a month, $8,400 to $9,600 a year at list price, whether five people use it or twenty. Essentials covers the task builder, unlimited missions and locations, the web dashboard, the mobile app, photo capture, photo galleries and essential reporting. Pro and Enterprise are custom-priced. Business-intelligence dashboards, role-based access and a customer success manager start at Pro; PhotoWorks photo reporting and API access come with Enterprise; image recognition is an add-on, priced on request. There's no free plan, and trials aren't self-serve: FORM says they're “typically tied to one specific use case and require internal approvals.” LibreCam has no seats and no minimum, and every user and viewer is on the free plan.

What the list price leaves out
The first table is list price times seats, nothing more. FORM's pages don't say whether GoSpotCheck bills monthly or annually and don't list implementation fees, so a quote can come in different in either direction. Custom configuration such as scoring, leaderboards and advanced reporting goes through FORM's professional services, estimated per statement of work, with average delivery of 2 to 8 weeks from signature. Adding users after you subscribe goes through your account manager. FORM OpX, the company's audits-and-inspections product, is listed separately at $21 per user per month with a 10-user minimum.
The cost that never shows up on the invoice
Per-user pricing decides who gets the camera. A staffing agency that puts 60 brand ambassadors on a summer program either pays for 60 users on a crew that works a dozen weekends, or gives logins to the team leads and has everyone else text their photos in, which is the camera-roll problem the software was bought to fix. On LibreCam the lead invites the crew, day-of hires upload from a link without an account, and the client opens a share link in a browser. None of them is a seat. The brand ambassador and in-store sampling pages show what that looks like on event day.
What $0 covers on LibreCam
The free plan is the product, not a trial. Pro adds SSO, audit logs, the API and MCP, and a dedicated success manager.
Unlimited users and viewers
Field staff, team leads, the office, the agency, the brand. Adding a person never moves the price, and there's no minimum to meet.
Checklists with photo proof
Turn the client's brief into a checklist. The minimum-photo requirement becomes a list everyone can see is done.
Reports in 2 taps
Select the event or the visit, tap Generate. A PDF with every photo stamped with location and time, in order.
Share links with view tracking
Clients open photos in a browser with no app and no login. See who opened the link and revoke it when the program ends.
Offline capture
Venues, back rooms and highways kill signal. Photos, voice captions and checklists capture offline and sync when coverage returns.
Full-resolution export
Export everything at original resolution, with the metadata intact, whenever you want. Nothing is locked behind the app.
Frequently Asked Questions
FORM's pricing overview lists GoSpotCheck at $35 per user per month. The GoSpotCheck plan page it links to lists Essentials “starting at” $40. Both say 20-user minimum. This page shows the range; a quote from FORM is the only way to know which applies to you.
No free plan is listed. Trials exist but aren't self-serve: FORM's pricing page says trials and proofs of concept are typically tied to one specific use case and require internal approvals. The way in is booking a demo or talking to sales.
Yes, but it pays for 20. With the 20-user minimum, a five-person team is billed $700 to $800 a month at list price, the same as a twenty-person team.
FORM doesn't publish it. Image recognition is an add-on on every plan, with its own custom plan fitted to your SKUs and reps, and no listed figure.
Both are FORM products. GoSpotCheck by FORM is pitched at sales, merchandising and customer-experience teams. FORM OpX ($21 per user per month, 10-user minimum) is pitched at safety, compliance, manufacturing and facilities teams.
No. LibreCam has no image recognition and no business-intelligence dashboards. It covers the photo proof and the recap: capture stamped with location and time, checklists, before/after pairs, PDF reports and share links. The full comparison says where each one fits.
Nothing on the free plan: unlimited users, unlimited viewers and 10 GB of storage. Pro is priced to your team's size and needs, for teams that want SSO, audit logs, the API and MCP, and a dedicated success manager.
